ALU precision drilling template BS-35-T45, BS-35-T48, BS-35-T52 with Forstner bit Ø 35 mm for cup hinges

The precision drilling templates BS-35-T45, BS-35-T48, BS-35-T52 from SOTECH for pot hinges are the professional solution for drilling pot holes with a diameter of 35 mm. The pot hole drill is guided by a ball-bearing bush. Measuring is almost completely eliminated, which saves a lot of time. Once adjusted to the door thickness, the position can be changed quickly and easily thanks to the toggle clamp. The drilling jig can be precisely aligned. Hinge distances of 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm and 6 mm to the door edge can be adjusted. The drilling depth can also be infinitely adjusted with a stop ring (depth stop). Furthermore, the two drilling guides and the supplied 2 mm HSS drill with a length of 85 mm enable pre-drilling of the drill hole spacing.

The pot hinge borehole distances vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. For example, the standard size from Blum is 45 mm, from Salice 48 mm and from Hettich 52 mm. Our SOTECH cup hinges are available with all drilling distances.

BS-35-T45: for hinges with a drill hole spacing of 45 mm (e.g. for BLUM and SOTECH hinges)
