Two concentric aluminum rings are held together by numerous steel balls that allow the rings to rotate. The rotating mechanism allows e.g. with the outer ring resting firmly, the rotation of the inner ring. The inner ring can be screwed to a plate, so that stable and large turntables can be made. Very suitable for turning monitors, planters, statues, etc.
