AVENTOS HS is suitable for carcase widths of up to 1,200 mm

The front swivels elegantly upwards and backwards and is reliably held in any position.
Wall units with side panels or cornices can be easily combined with the AVENTOS fold-up fitting will. The flap swings up over the body and leaves enough space for a cornice.

Aventos HS can be assembled thanks to the tried-and-tested CLIP technology, this can be done almost without tools.

We offer this fitting in 4 different designs on:

• Type D for cabinet heights of 526 - 675 mm and a front weight of 3 - 6.75 kg
  (usually sufficient for 600 mm cabinet widths)
• Type E for cabinet heights from 526 - 675 mm and a front weight of 5 - 13 kg
  (usually sufficient for 700 - 1000 mm cabinet widths)
• Type F for cabinet heights from 526 - 675 mm and a front weight of 9.75 - 19 kg
  (usually sufficient for 1000 - 1200 mm cabinet widths)
• Type I for cabinet heights of 676 - 800 mm and a front weight of 10.5 - 21.5 kg
  (usually sufficient for cabinet widths of 1200 - 1800 mm)

To choose the right one lift mechanism you need the body height and the weight of the front. (You can see the calculation help on the left in the last two pictures)

Important!
A cross-stabilization rod is required for stabilization!

Depending on the cabinet width (KB), we offer different cross stabilization bars in the selection menu. The length of the cross bars vary depending on whether Blum ServoDrive (SD) is used or not.

• For 600 mm cabinet width (KB)
  • without ServoDrive (SD): length 434 mm
  • with ServoDrive (SD): length 399 mm
• for 800 mm cabinet width
  • without ServoDrive (SD): length 634 mm
  • with ServoDrive (SD) : length 599 mm
• for 900 mm cabinet width
  • without ServoDrive (SD): length 734 mm
  • with ServoDrive (SD): length 699 mm
• for 1000 mm cabinet width
  • with ServoDrive (SD): length without ServoDrive (SD): length 834 mm
  • with ServoDrive (SD): length 799 mm
• for 1200 mm cabinet width
  • without ServoDrive (SD): length 1034 mm
  • with ServoDrive (SD): length 999 mm

Important!
The rods can be adjusted to any cabinet width you want!

Scope of delivery:
1 set Blum Aventos swing-up fitting without cross stabilization bar consists of:
- lift mechanism left / right (please select in the selection menu choose the right one)
- 10 chipboard screws Ø 4 x 35 mm
- lever set 20S3500.05 left / right
- cover cap set 20S8000 silk white left / right
- Front attachment set 20S4200 for wooden fronts and wide aluminum frames
