Mounting:
When installing the doorstop on the floor, make sure that the distance between the floor doorstop and the wall is bigger than the depth of the door handle so that it cannot hit the wall. After drilling and before inserting the dowel, free the drill hole from drilling dust and insert the heavy-duty dowel into the drill hole until the dowel edge is flush with the substrate. Now spread the dowel using the enclosed hexagon nut until it is firmly anchored to the floor. Then pull the hexagon nut down again and turn on the doorstop until it is firmly anchored to the floor.
