The handle is glued with a UV glue.
When bonding glass to glass or glass to metal, care should be taken to ensure that a transparent, odorless adhesive is applied to the surface. The adhesive is cured by irradiating it with a special UV lamp. This creates a solid, crystal-clear connection. The curing process can be accelerated using a special activator.
